Rules & Regulations

• Max 12 players
• Min of 7 players required for the game to kick off
• All players must wear the same jerseys except the G.K
• Bibs will be available if Required
• Proper footwear for artificial Turf
• Duration of the Match: 20 min made up of two 10min halves. 5min break in half time. starting the ¼ final : 30 min made up of two 15min halves.
• No offside
• All officials Rules are applied
• T-shirts must be numerated

• Teams will be allowed 4 min warm up inside the pitch before each game.
• Unlimited substitutions are allowed as long as the referee is made aware of the changes
• Enter and leave the field only from the substitution zone
• Substitution can only made when play has stopped
• In case of withdrawal ,Result 2 – 0
• In case of a Tie after the end official time,3 penalties for each team
• Please respect the referees , All refereeing decisions are final.
• Coach or manager is in charge to fill the score sheet before each game

• 10 players in each team
• Best of three
• 8 players cooperate to pull the rope
• Total Body weight of players is not considered
• A red mark in the middle of the rope to be perpendicular angle to the exact center -point on the ground
• A white mark is made exactly 4 m from the red mark on either sides of the rope
• The Set is won when either side with the mark crosses the center points
• There are 3 commands that the judge gives to the players:
  1. Pick up the rope
  2. Take the string
  3. Pull

• If a member of the team falls down ,that member is given a caution. Each team is allowed two cautions before getting disqualified
• If a member falls ,the game dose not stop.
• Lowering your elbow below the knee level while pulling the rope is considered to be a foul(locking)
• 2 consecutive fouls lead to disqualification

• Qualification round : Divide the total number of teams into groups of 4 or 5 teams.
• A draw just before the race to assign the Lane Number.
• The Runners will be allowed 5 min warm up in the track before the race starts.
• Each Runner of the 1st group run in his lane for the first 100 meters . After all runners are allowed to break into the first lane on the back stretch as long as they do not interfere with other runners.
• The best 6 times of all teams qualify to the final.

The start: If a runner leave the starting line earlier than the whistle, the race must start again.
If a runner makes a second false start, his team is disqualified

Passing the Baton:

• After finishing 400 m, the runner hand off the baton to his team mate.
• That team mate must receive the baton within the 20m transition area
• If the pass comes before or after that area, the pass is considered illegal and the team is disqualified
• The Runner drop the Baton while passing or in the middle of race , the team is disqualified.

• Qualification round : Divide the total number of teams into groups of 4 or 5 teams.
• A draw just before the race to assign the Lane Number.
• The Runners will be allowed 5 min warm up in the track before the race starts.
• sprinters should run in their designated lanes and cannot cross the lanes throughout the race.
• Athletes cannot obstruct each other’s path or else they will get disqualified.
• The best 6 times of all teams qualify to the final.
